Rankin Cycle Power Plant Exergy Analysis

Abstract
The new method for operation study of thermodynamic systems used instead of energy analysis in these years. This method based on second law thermodynamic and named Exergy Analysis. in this paper Exergy analysis done for a power plant with all components in maximum load with two type of fuel: Mazut, Natural Gas.
Regarding to that study, exergy losses and efficiency analysis determined as two main parameter in thermodynamic system evaluation.
Result shown that the boiler have the most exergy losses in power plant, so exergy losses and efficiency of boiler processes like heat transfer and combustion discussed in this paper.
Effect of boiler internal condition and surround condition changing on exergy and energy efficiency discussed and analyzed too,
